Construction Laborer

Job Summary Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Laborer and be a vital part of building gas lines from start to finish. We are subcontracted with two of the leading gas providers in the Texas panhandle. We have several years of work with natural gas line replacement. We work around Amarillo and other small towns. Duties Assist with the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris, setting up equipment, and organizing materials Load, unload, and transport construction materials and tools to designated areas safely and efficiently Support Forman, operators, and other tradespeople by providing necessary tools and supplies promptly. Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members Help with site cleanup and waste removal to ensure a tidy and hazard-free workspace Operate basic machinery or equipment under supervision as needed Participate in safety meetings and training sessions to stay informed about best practices and regulations Skills Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills Ability to follow instructions carefully and work effectively within a team setting Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods Basic understanding of construction safety procedures and protocols Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors Willingness to operate tools or machinery with proper training Prior experience in construction or related fields is a plus but not required; on-the-job training will be provided Embark on an exciting career journey in construction with us!
