We're seeking a dependable Landscape Construction Laborer to join our growing team and help bring our landscape designs to life. Job Summary As a Landscape Construction Laborer, you'll work under the direction of the Landscape Foreman to assist with the installation and maintenance of landscaping and hardscape projects. This role is hands-on, physically active, and ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and take pride in high-quality work. Responsibilities Prepare job sites by raking, grading, and tilling soil. Install and remove sod, mulch, edging, and soil amendments. Plant and maintain trees, shrubs, flowers, and groundcovers. Construct hardscape features such as patios, retaining walls, and stone walkways. Trim, prune, and water plant material to ensure proper growth and appearance. Safely operate and maintain landscaping hand tools and gas-powered equipment. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and on schedule. Requirements Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 lbs. Able to stand, kneel, and bend for extended periods. Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions. Reliable, punctual, and motivated with a strong work ethic. Professional appearance and attitude. Experience in landscaping or construction preferred but not required. Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Valid driver's license and clean driving record (required for company drivers). Must pass a background check if operating company vehicles.
