Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled Construction Worker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be actively involved in various construction projects, from foundational work to finishing touches, ensuring that all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Your hands-on expertise will contribute directly to building durable structures and transforming visions into reality. Duties Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks required for construction sites, including moving materials and equipment. Operate power tools effectively to assist with framing, roofing, and other construction activities. Install rebar (reinforcing steel bars) for concrete structures, ensuring proper placement according to schematics and blueprints. Carry out concrete forming, finishing, pouring, and pumping to create durable foundations and structures. Execute masonry work such as bricklaying, stucco application, tile laying, and restoration projects. Assist with framing, metal stud framing, drywall installation, and renovation work. Conduct demolition or removal of existing structures as needed for renovation or restoration projects. Use hand tools such as hammers, saws, chisels along with power tools like drills and saws for precise craftsmanship. Support installation of flooring systems including tile flooring or other surface finishes. Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment at all times. Requirements Proven experience working on construction sites with knowledge of various trade skills including , roofing, Sheetrock, Drywall, Paint, Texture, Mechanical knowledge related to tools operation and maintenance is essential. Physical strength for heavy lifting and endurance for long work hours in outdoor or indoor settings. Knowledge of safety regulations and ability to adhere strictly to safety standards on-site.
