Responsibilities Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery like excavators for various construction and landscaping projects. Perform irrigation system installation, repair, and maintenance to ensure efficient watering of landscapes. Help with hardscape projects such as installing pathways, patios, retaining walls, and other structural features. Support tree care operations including planting, pruning, removal, and overall health assessments. Experience Prior experience in landscaping, lawn care, or general construction is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn. Mechanical knowledge is beneficial for operating equipment safely and effectively. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and small machinery such as excavators enhances job performance. Knowledge of horticulture principles related to gardening and plant health is a plus. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards is essential.
