About Us Barrier Fence LLC is a trusted commercial fence contractor serving Georgetown and surrounding areas. We handle large-scale commercial, industrial, federal, and government projects. We're looking to add reliable and hardworking Laborers to our growing team. Job Overview Laborers work outdoors in a physically demanding environment. You'll help prepare job sites, handle materials, use hand and power tools, and install fencing systems to the highest quality standards. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with their hands and want to build valuable construction skills. Key Responsibilities Operate hand and power tools to trench and prepare pathways Patch and repair concrete and asphalt surfaces as needed Assist in digging holes, setting fence posts, and installing fencing systems Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment Measure and lay out project areas according to specifications Maintain a clean and safe job site Qualifications Must be able to pass a background check and drug test (required for employment) Previous construction or labor experience preferred Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions Reliable transportation to job sites Strong work ethic, teamwork, and attention to safety
