This role involves hands-on work in carpentry, concrete, and general construction tasks on active job sites. The position includes a 6-month project with potential permanent placement based on performance, reliability, and safety. Paid relocation assistance and hotel accommodations will be provided for the duration of the project in Baton Rouge, LA. Responsibilities Assist with commercial construction projects from start to finish Perform general labor duties on active job sites Build and install forms for concrete foundations, slabs, and structures Perform rough carpentry and framing work Operate hand and power tools safely Load/unload materials and maintain a clean, safe job site Requirements Experience in commercial construction required Knowledge of carpentry, framing, and concrete work Ability to read measurements and use construction tools Physically able to work outdoors and lift heavy materials Able to work 10-hour shifts, 6 days per week Bilingual English/Spanish preferred (Spanish-speaking candidates encouraged to apply)
