Construction Helper

Construction Helper Position Summary We are seeking a dependable Construction Helper with a minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in construction to support residential remodeling projects. This role assists the crew with daily job site tasks while continuing to develop skills in framing, remodeling, and general construction. Responsibilities Assist with general construction and remodeling tasks including demolition, framing support, and installation Load, unload, and organize materials and tools Help set up and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient job site Support lead carpenters and crew members to keep projects on schedule Use hand and power tools safely and correctly Follow company procedures and safety guidelines Requirements Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in construction Basic knowledge of construction tools, materials, and job site practices Ability to take direction and work both independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation and strong attendance Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions Strong work ethic and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications Experience with residential remodeling, framing, or carpentry Familiarity with job site safety standards

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
