Construction Worker Industry Communications is seeking a dependable and hardworking Construction Worker to join our team in Industry, Texas. Responsibilities Assist with construction and utility-related work Work safely around construction equipment and job sites Support crew members with daily tasks and projects Maintain a safe, positive, and team-oriented work environment Participate in training as needed Qualifications High school diploma preferred, but not required Previous construction experience preferred Ability to work with and around construction equipment Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Must be dependable, physically fit, and safety-conscious Positive attitude and ability to work well with others Must be willing to occasionally work after hours and weekends Job Type Full-time Schedule 8-hour shift Monday through Friday Overtime as needed Holiday and weekend availability as needed Benefits Benefits eligible after 90 days: 401(k) Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Health savings account (HSA) Flexible spending account (FSA) Paid time off Retirement plan Location Requirement Applicants must be able to reliably commute to or relocate to: Industry, TX 78944
