This is a great opportunity for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who are comfortable working in an industrial environment and take pride in keeping spaces clean, safe, and organized. This project is expected to last approximately 2 months, with potential for continued opportunities for strong, reliable crew members. You'll be part of a project team assisting with pre-roof replacement cleaning inside an industrial facility, helping maintain cleanliness, visibility, and safety throughout the work area. This is a daytime project with a consistent Monday-Friday schedule. Project Schedule Monday-Friday 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Temporary project, approximately 2 months

Irving, TX Compensation Pay is equivalent to $17/hour for the project service window. This is a subcontractor/project-based opportunity. Duties Perform industrial cleaning tasks inside a facility prior to roof replacement work. Remove dust, debris, and buildup from accessible structural and mechanical surfaces, including beams, pipes, machinery surfaces, scaffolding areas, and other assigned areas. Assist with cleaning areas that may require climbing, working near scaffolding, or working from scaffold systems when properly trained and authorized. Assist with maintaining clean and organized work areas throughout the project. Follow detailed site instructions and safety procedures. Wear all required PPE while performing project tasks. Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or unusual site conditions promptly. Work with other crew members to complete assigned cleaning areas efficiently and professionally. Maintain a reliable, professional presence throughout the project service window. Qualifications Previous commercial cleaning, janitorial, custodial, warehouse, construction, or general labor experience preferred. Comfortable working in an industrial facility environment. Comfortable with physical work that may include standing, bending, reaching, climbing, and working around scaffolding. Must be willing to follow all scaffold safety rules and only perform scaffold-related work after proper site training and authorization. Able to perform physical cleaning tasks during daytime project hours. Reliable transportation to Irving, TX required. Must be dependable, punctual, and able to commit to the Monday-Friday schedule. Must wear steel toe boots and long sleeve shirt. Must be comfortable wearing required PPE, including hard hat, safety vest, N95 mask, safety glasses, gloves, and hearing protection. Able to follow safety rules, site instructions, and project procedures. Good communication skills for reporting issues and coordinating with the project team. PPE / Safety Provided items include hard hat, safety vest, N95 mask, safety glasses, work gloves, hearing protection, and fall protection equipment if required.
