Construction Laborer

Responsibilities Assist with concrete mixing, pouring, finishing, and pumping to create solid foundations and structures. Install rebar, metal studs, and framing components following schematics and blueprints to ensure structural integrity. Operate power tools, heavy equipment, and machinery safely and efficiently on construction sites. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to support accurate construction activities. Perform masonry tasks such as stucco application, bricklaying, tile laying, and restoration work. Carry out carpentry duties including trim carpentry, framing, roofing, drywall installation, and renovation projects. Handle heavy lifting and material transportation while adhering to safety protocols. Apply caulking, plastering, flooring installation, and other finishing techniques to achieve quality results. Support site cleanup, organize materials, and maintain a safe working environment at all times. Experience Prior construction site experience is highly preferred; familiarity with commercial or residential projects is a plus. Knowledge of construction estimating processes enhances your ability to contribute effectively. Hands-on experience with concrete forming, concrete finishing, masonry, welding, or heavy equipment operation is advantageous. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately is essential for precise execution of tasks. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with skills in using hand tools and power tools supports efficient work performance. Experience in renovation projects or restoration work demonstrates versatility across different construction disciplines. Valid commercial driver's license or experience in commercial driving can be beneficial for material transport needs.
