Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic construction team as a General Construction Worker and be a vital part of transforming visions into reality! This energetic role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, from residential remodels to commercial builds, utilizing your hands-on skills and construction knowledge. As a key team member, you'll assist in various phases of construction, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on every site. Duties Assist with the preparation and setup of construction sites, including material handling and site cleanup Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently to support construction activities Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute tasks accurately Perform tasks such as framing, drywall installation, roofing, masonry, concrete finishing, and flooring installation Conduct inspections of work areas to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications Support specialized trades such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, stucco application, or glass installation as needed Assist in the fabrication and assembly of structures or components using various materials and techniques Apply finishing touches like caulking, painting, trim carpentry, tile laying, or restoration work to complete projects Operate heavy machinery including forklifts or cranes when certified and trained Follow safety protocols diligently and report hazards or incidents promptly Qualifications Proven experience working on construction sites with hands-on involvement in various trades or general labor roles Familiarity with construction management processes and estimating is advantageous Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely Knowledge of construction inspection standards and quality control procedures Experience with concrete forming, masonry, roofing, framing carpentry, drywall installation or related skills preferred Basic understanding of plumbing systems and electrical wiring is a plus Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks consistently Valid certifications in equipment operation or trade-specific skills (e.g., welding or scaffolding) are beneficial but not mandatory Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality assurance Join us in building exceptional structures while advancing your career!
