Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable Construction Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be an essential part of building and renovating structures, assisting skilled tradespeople, and ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to high standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of construction work while contributing to impactful projects. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety and quality. Responsibilities Assist with residential remodels, lots of demolition etc. Operate hand tools and power tools safely to support tasks such as framing, drywall installation, or finishing work Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks required for concrete mixing, rebar installation, or material transportation You will be doing a lot of drywall work, painting, building decks, renovation of kitchens and bathrooms. Aid in the installation of flooring, tile laying, or trim carpentry to ensure precise finishes Requirements Prior experience working on construction sites or in related roles is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for eager learners Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and basic masonry or carpentry techniques- not mandatory. We will train those willing to learn. Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting, prolonged standing, and outdoor work in various weather conditions Knowledge of safety procedures and the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Valid driver's license with commercial driving experience is a plus; willingness to operate heavy equipment when necessary- also not mandatory.
