Construction Laboroer

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and adapt to different job site conditions. Duties Assist skilled tradespeople in various construction tasks, including but not limited to earth work, poly pipe, painting, general construction. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage. Maintain a clean and organized job site by removing debris and hazardous materials. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all team members. Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards. Report any safety concerns or equipment issues to supervisors promptly. Experience Previous experience in construction or related fields is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided. Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment is a plus. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds). A valid driver's license may be beneficial for transportation purposes. Must be able to communicate in English.
