Job Description We are hiring a seasonal laborer for the summer high season to assist with junk removal and cleanout projects. This is a hands-on role focused strictly on lifting and loading items, no driving or sales responsibilities required. This position offers consistent hours with a guaranteed 30 hours per week , making it a strong opportunity for someone looking for steady seasonal work. Scope of Work Lift, carry, and load furniture, appliances, and household items Assist with residential and commercial cleanout jobs Load items into trucks and trailers efficiently Help maintain clean and organized job sites Follow basic safety guidelines on all jobs Requirements Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly Comfortable working outdoors in heat Reliable transportation to job locations Strong work ethic, punctual, and dependable Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Experience in moving, labor, landscaping, or construction is a plus (not required) Compensation $13-$18 per hour (based on performance) 1099 independent contractor position Guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week Opportunity for continued work beyond the season based on performance Work Availability Monday-Saturday daytime hours Consistent weekly schedule during peak season Additional Info Paid training provided English required Must be able to commute to McKinney, TX 75070 Work location: In person
