This role is essential in supporting various construction projects, home rem and other projects ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and safely. As a Construction Laborer, you will work alongside skilled tradespeople and contribute to the successful completion of projects while gaining valuable hands-on experience in the construction industry. Duties Assist with the setup and cleanup of job sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment. Perform physical labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying materials, and operating basic tools. Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople to complete assigned tasks efficiently. Load and unload materials and equipment as needed for various construction activities. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, reporting any issues to supervisors. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to minimize risks on the job site. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects. Qualifications Previous experience in home remodeling construction or labor-intensive work is required. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and standing for extended periods and able to climb on roofs when necessary. Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus. Strong work ethic with a commitment to safety and teamwork. Willingness to learn new skills and take on various tasks as needed.
