The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced field environment, and a commitment to producing high-quality workmanship. This is a full-time, hands-on position requiring both independent work and collaboration with a team.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years commercial construction experience
Requirements:
Must have a valid DL and clean driving record Must be able to pass a drug screen Must be able to pass a background check Physically capable of performing manual labor and working outdoors in various conditions Dependable and able to report to work as scheduled
Duties/Responsibilities:
Perform general construction tasks and carpentry work including framing, repairs, installations Assist with jobsite preparation, material handling, and cleanup Follow all safety procedures and company policies Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members Complete assigned tasks efficiently while meeting project timelines
Essential Skills & Abilities:
Ability to read, interpret, and follow blueprints, drawings, and verbal instructions Proficient in the safe and proper use of hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment Ability to measure, cut, assemble, and install materials accurately Detail-Oriented with a focus on quality, precision, and craftmanship Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to unexpected jobsite challenges Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Maintains a clean, organized, and safe work environment
