Job Description
Job Description EcoBuilt is seeking skilled and dependable Construction Laborers for an immediate project. This position offers excellent earning potential with 50-60 hours per week, company-provided housing, and the opportunity for long-term employment for high-performing team members. Candidates with fencing experience are highly encouraged to apply, as additional compensation may be available based on experience. Responsibilities Assist with construction site setup and project execution Install and repair fencing systems Perform general construction labor duties Safely operate hand and power tools Follow project plans, schedules, and safety procedures Maintain a clean and organized job site Work collaboratively with crew members and supervisors Meet productivity and production goals while maintaining quality workmanship Qualifications Previous construction experience required Fencing experience preferred Ability to work in a physically demanding environment Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team Basic understanding of productivity and production expectations Ability to regularly stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform physical labor Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 75 pounds Compensation & Benefits Starting pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour Overtime available (50-60 hours per week) On-site housing provided Food and amenities provided Opportunity for long-term employment based on performance More opportunities may open up for qualified individuals that are willing and able to travel.
