Independent Cleaning Contractor - Airbnb / Short-Term Rental Turnovers

Job Overview Ship Shape Property Services is seeking experienced and reliable independent cleaning contractors for Airbnb and short-term rental turnover cleanings . This is not an hourly position — contractors are paid per job , giving you the flexibility to maximize your income based on your availability and efficiency. We handle scheduling, customer coordination, inventory restocking, and laundry — so you can focus on delivering top-quality cleans. What You'll Do Perform detailed turnover cleanings for short-term rental properties Ensure properties are guest-ready (clean, sanitized, staged) Follow checklists and cleaning standards provided Report any damages or issues after each clean Complete jobs within designated timeframes What We Provide All linen laundry services handled by our team Restocking inventory provided (toiletries, paper goods, etc.) Consistent job opportunities Clear expectations and streamlined scheduling Contractor Requirements Must have your own cleaning equipment and supplies Must carry general liability insurance Must have reliable transportation Must provide professional references Prior Airbnb / short-term rental cleaning experience preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Must be dependable and punctual Pay Structure Paid per job (not hourly) Competitive rates based on property size and scope Opportunity for recurring, consistent work Important This is a 1099 independent contractor position , not an employee role. Contractors are responsible for their own supplies, transportation, insurance, and taxes.
