Load Securement:

Attaching homes to tow vehicles, inspecting axle and wheel assemblies, installing towing hitches, and securing loose exterior or interior components to prevent damage.

Inspections & Safety:

Conducting rigorous pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles and mobile structures to identify maintenance needs or structural weaknesses.

Site Arrival & Setup:

Positioning the home at the new location, removing towing equipment, and sometimes assisting with leveling, anchoring, and utility connections

Physical Ability:

Capability to perform manual labor, such as lifting over 50-100 lbs, bending, crawling under homes, and working in outdoor, sometimes extreme, weather conditions.

Technical Knowledge:

Familiarity with hydraulic jacks, heavy towing equipment, and safe rigging practices. Performs other duties as assigned.
