Construction Crew

Responsibilities Assist with residential and commercial construction projects including framing, roofing, drywall, and finish work Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment at job sites Follow blueprints, plans, and supervisor instructions Perform general labor tasks such as demolition, site prep, and cleanup Ensure job sites are kept clean, organized, and safe at all times Work outdoors in various weather conditions Support skilled trades (carpenters, electricians, etc.) as needed Communicate effectively with team members and customers Requirements Prior experience working on construction sites or in related roles is preferred; a strong willingness to learn is essential. Familiarity with construction tools including power tools, hand tools, scaffolding equipment, and heavy machinery operation is required. Knowledge of various trades such as plumbing, electrical work, welding, plastering, or restoration is a plus. Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand, lift heavy materials, and perform manual labor for extended periods. Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward safety protocols and quality workmanship. Ability to confidently drive a truck and trailer Willingness to work nights occasionally

Pay:

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
