JOB SUMMARY

Performs tasks involving physical labor.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Load, and unload materials, machinery, or tools. Perform physical Labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials Load and unload trucks or containers Clean or prepare the construction site. Operate hand tools, power tools, or simple machinery Erect or dismantle tents, scaffolding, braces, or other temporary structures. Position, align, or seal structural components using saws, hammers, nails, and bolts. Signal equipment operators to facilitate alignment, movement, or adjustment of machinery, equipment, or materials. Assist skilled workers such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers Must be willing to work as schedule demands. Must be able to walk up and down stairs frequently and perform regular bending and standing as needed in a daily shift. Follow instructions from supervisors or site managers Previous Experience in general labor or a related field preferred but not required Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds Willingness to work in various weather conditions and environments Basic understanding of safety practices and tools Reliable transportation and strong work ethic Performs other related duties as required.
