This role involves performing various job-site tasks with minimal supervision while working as part of a team. Work is performed outdoors in a variety of weather conditions and may include travel depending on project location. Minimum Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record Ability to work up to six (6) days per week, including weekends when required Ability to work overtime when needed Ability to lift and move 50-100 pounds Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening Subject to random drug testing Essential Functions Operate tools and equipment (training provided) Follow directions from the foreman on each job site Clean and prepare pavement surfaces for striping Apply pavement markings including highway lines and parking lot striping Lift, carry, load, and unload materials such as pavement marking supplies, cones, and stencils Assist coworkers and foremen with other duties as needed Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) Follow company safety policies and procedures Work outdoors in various weather conditions Travel to project locations when required Why Work With Us Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities for advancement and career growth Steady, year-round work Supportive team environment Work for a company that values hard work, honesty, and dedication Preferred Experience Pavement striping Construction or outdoor labor
