Job Description

Job Overview THSoCTX is looking for dependable, skilled residential construction technicians for remodeling, additions, repairs, and new residential construction projects throughout Central Texas. This is not a repetitive production job. We are looking for individuals who take pride in solving problems, producing quality work, and handling a variety of residential construction tasks with professionalism and attention to detail. Ideal candidates are dependable, maintain composure under pressure, and can walk into a situation and think through solutions without constant supervision.
Responsibilities may include:
Drywall hanging and finishing Texture matching and repairs Flooring installation Tile installation Framing and carpentry Trim work Door and window installation Siding and exterior repairs General residential remodeling tasks Punch-out and finish work Jobsite organization and cleanup
Requirements:
Reliable transportation Ability to arrive consistently and on time Residential construction/remodeling experience preferred Ability to work independently and follow direction Must maintain professionalism on occupied residential jobsites References and/or photos of previous work preferred Must be capable of maintaining quality standards and attention to detail
Preferred Skills:

Pay depends on experience, skill level, reliability, and ability to work independently.
