As a General Labor Technician, you'll support our In-House Tradesman team in rebuilding and restoring homes and businesses. This is an entry-level role with on-the-job training, offering the opportunity to learn valuable skills and grow into a career in the trades. We're looking for hardworking individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy helping others. What You'll Do Assist skilled trades team members with carpentry, drywall, painting, and flooring projects Perform general labor tasks such as material handling, site setup, and cleanup Support basic installation and repair work under supervision Help prepare surfaces for painting and finishing Maintain clean, organized job sites and properly care for tools and equipment Work safely and respectfully in homes and commercial spaces Communicate professionally with team members and customers Job Requirements Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen. Dedication to customer service and teamwork. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in varied conditions (indoors/outdoors, all seasons). Basic familiarity with hand and power tools (training provided). Willingness to work occasional overtime, nights, or weekends as needed. Written and verbal fluency in English.
