General Laborer

Overview We are seeking energetic and dependable General Laborers to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting various construction projects by performing physical tasks that contribute to the successful completion of site development, road construction, and other infrastructure work. This position offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry while working alongside skilled professionals. Duties Assist with site preparation, including clearing and leveling land for construction activities Load, unload, and organize materials and supplies on job sites Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision to support construction tasks Dig trenches, assist with foundation work, and perform general labor duties as needed Maintain a clean and safe work environment by removing debris and hazards Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure personal and team safety Support team members with various tasks to keep projects on schedule Requirements Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods Willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions carefully Strong work ethic with reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Basic understanding of safety procedures on construction sites is a plus Prior experience in construction or general labor is preferred but not required Join us as a General Laborer and be part of a team that builds the future!
