In this role, you will lead a team of skilled workers, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Your expertise in construction management, site supervision, and technical skills will drive project success from start to finish. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape construction projects while fostering a collaborative and safety-focused work environment. Duties Lead and supervise construction crews, providing clear direction and support throughout all phases of the project Coordinate daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules, blueprints, schematics, and safety protocols Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera P6, and HeavyBid to plan, track, and report on project progress Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate execution of work Manage project budgets, procurement of materials, and resource allocation to optimize productivity and cost control Conduct quality control inspections using tools like ohmmeters and ensure compliance with OSHA standards and other safety regulations Collaborate with project managers on contract management, subcontractor coordination, and adherence to project timelines Qualifications Proven supervisory experience in construction management with a strong background in heavy civil or pipeline projects Proficiency with construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Primavera P6, HeavyBid, and other relevant tools Extensive construction site experience with a solid understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, blueprint reading, and estimating Knowledge of contracts management and ability to interpret technical schematics and construction drawings Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and best practices for maintaining a safe work environment Strong management skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively while fostering collaboration Hands-on experience with construction tools such as ohmmeters for quality control testing Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members, clients, vendors, and stakeholders Join us in leading innovative construction projects that make a real impact!
