General Laborer - Construction Demolition

Looking for a general laborer to work at a construction demolition transfer station in Ogden Utah. General Laborer Responsibilities Assist with daily operations at the construction demolition transfer station, including spotting trucks and heavy equipment to ensure safe, accurate positioning. Pick up trash and debris around the site; maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Perform small equipment repairs and basic maintenance as directed. Operate power tools and other equipment as needed, following all safety procedures. Provide scale office support as needed, such as directing customers, answering basic questions, and helping with weigh-ins/outs. Work collaboratively with equipment operators, drivers, and other team members to keep workflow moving efficiently. Perform other general labor duties as assigned by supervisors. General Laborer Requirements Ability to pass a background check and drug test. Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain consistent attendance; dependable transportation to and from the job site. Basic operating and manual skills, including safe use of power hand tools; equipment experience is a plus. Physically able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions for extended periods. Good customer service skills and ability to interact professionally with drivers, customers, and coworkers. Able to follow instructions, adhere to safety protocols, and work well as part of a team. Willingness to work a 50-hour workweek (Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-5:00 PM) with overtime pay as required.
