Laborer/Operator

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer/Operator to join our team. As a Laborer/Operator, you will be responsible for performing various manual labor tasks and operating equipment. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You need to have excellent team working skills and be able to follow detailed instructions.

Duties:

• Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials
• Operate equipment such as skid steers, loaders, and excavators
• Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment
• Assist with the setup and maintenance of job sites
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently

Experience:

• Previous experience in manual labor or construction is preferred but not required
• Ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently
• Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team
• Basic understanding of construction processes and procedures
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
• Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
