Overview Join our excavation company as a Construction Laborer. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse construction sites, utilizing a variety of heavy equipment and tools. We prioritize safety, teamwork, and skill development, ensuring you grow professionally while making a tangible impact. Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, loaders, dozers, backhoes, bucket trucks, and bucket operation machinery to perform excavation and site preparation tasks efficiently. Use hand tools and power tools for digging, trenching, material handling, and assembly tasks while adhering to safety standards. Assist with heavy equipment maintenance and mechanical troubleshooting to ensure optimal operation. Follow all safety procedures. Maintain clear communication with team members regarding project progress and safety concerns. Experience Prior construction site experience is a plus but entry level applicants are encourage to apply as well. Ability to handle hand tools and power tools effectively while maintaining safety standards.
