This is a hands-on, multi-craft role supporting pipefitting, excavation, concrete, equipment setting, and rigging. We're looking for individuals who can adapt, work hard, and contribute to a strong, team-driven crew. Key Responsibilities Support crews with pipefitting, excavation, concrete, and equipment installation Assist with pipe fit-ups, fusion, alignment, and installation Perform general excavation labor including digging, trenching, and grade prep Assist with concrete work (form setting, pouring, finishing, and stripping) Help with rigging, setting pumps, equipment, and materials Operate hand and power tools (cutoff saws, drills, compactors, etc.) Load, unload, and stage materials and equipment Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites Follow all safety procedures and site requirements Required Experience & Skills Construction or industrial labor experience (multi-craft preferred) Ability to safely use hand and power tools Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn Good situational awareness and attention to safety Ability to take direction and contribute to a team environment Physically capable of demanding labor Preferred Experience in excavation, concrete, piping, or mechanical installation Experience with rigging, equipment setting, or pipe fusion Background in industrial, mining, or refinery environments Requirements Valid driver's license Ability to pass drug screen and background check Willingness to work overtime as needed Work Environment Industrial job sites (refineries, mines, plants) Outdoor work in varying weather conditions Confined spaces and areas with limited visibility Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs Frequent walking, kneeling, climbing, and manual labor 10-hour shifts + overtime/weekends as required Benefits Competitive pay (DOE) 401(k) with company match Health & dental insurance Paid time off + holidays Bonus opportunities Why ProIndustrial?
