Job Description

Position Summary:
We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Skilled Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction, excavation, grading, footing installation, or related trades. This position involves assisting with site preparation, grading operations, concrete footings, and general construction labor.
Responsibilities:
Assist with grading, excavation, and site preparation projects Set and prepare concrete footings and foundations Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively Assist equipment operators as needed Perform digging, trenching, and backfilling tasks Load and unload materials and equipment Maintain a clean and organized job site Follow all company safety policies and procedures Complete other duties as assigned by supervisors
Qualifications:
Construction experience preferred Experience with grading, excavation, footings, or concrete work is a plus Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Reliable transportation to and from work Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work well as part of a team Valid driver's license preferred

From $20.00 per hour
