Responsibilities Assist in the installation of fences using hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting techniques to ensure precise placement and secure anchoring Measure and mark fence lines accurately, following project specifications and safety guidelines Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, setting up frames, and performing concrete forming or finishing as needed for posts or support structures • Requirements Prior experience in construction, carpentry, or masonry is highly preferred; familiarity with frame carpentry and concrete forming is a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle various hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment effectively Experience working on construction sites with knowledge of landscape maintenance or hardscape projects is advantageous Strong understanding of safety procedures related to construction, masonry, and heavy equipment operation Physical stamina for prolonged periods of standing, bending, lifting, and working outdoors in various weather conditions Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new techniques and completing projects efficiently This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to build a career in construction-related fields.
