Responsibilities Assist with the preparation of construction sites, including setting up tools, materials, and safety equipment Support carpenters, masons, electricians, plumbers, and other tradespeople by handing tools and materials efficiently Operate hand tools and power tools safely to perform tasks such as cutting, drilling, or assembling components Support concrete forming, finishing, masonry work, and installation of flooring, tile, or cabinetry as needed Assist in the installation of doors, windows, glass panels, and trim carpentry elements Aid in demolition, restoration work Follow safety protocols diligently while performing tasks such as caulking, plastering, roofing, or stucco application Support site cleanup and organization to maintain a safe and efficient work environment Experience Prior experience working on construction sites is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Familiarity with construction management principles and estimating processes is a plus Hands-on experience with hand tools and power tools used in carpentry, masonry, roofing, or flooring installation is desirable Exposure to various trades such as plumbing, electrical work, welding, or concrete finishing will enhance your contribution Strong teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards learning new skills in a fast-paced environment Join a small growing business where your contributions will be valued over time.
