Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Machine Operator to join our growing marine construction team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating heavy equipment in construction or marine environments and be comfortable working on and around the water. Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently on marine construction projects Assist with installation of piers, docks, bulkheads, boat lifts, and related waterfront structures Load and unload materials and equipment Work closely with crew members to complete projects safely and on schedule Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance Assist with general labor duties Navigate and operate work boats and barges when required Qualifications Experience operating construction equipment such as excavators, skid steers, or similar machinery Marine construction experience preferred Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Comfortable working on or around water Boat operating experience is a plus Valid driver's license required CDL is a plus, but not required Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity for overtime Hands-on work in a growing industry Supportive team environment Retirement plan If you enjoy working outdoors, operating equipment, and being part of a hardworking crew, we'd love to hear from you.
