Crew Leader Duties Lead a crew of laborers to efficiently complete construction tasks while maintaining safety standards and project timelines Must have experience with operating some heavy equipment such as mini excavators and skidsteers to move materials and prepare sites Performing concrete finishing tasks including forming, pouring, smoothing, and sealing for various structures is a plus but can be taught. Must have the ability to organize job sites, follow directions and complete assigned tasks and must be willing to work alongside teammates to coach and guide them with their daily tasks. Assist with conduit installations and concrete forming processes to support infrastructure development Maintain a clean, organized job site by adhering to safety protocols and ensuring proper use of tools and equipment Laborer Duties Must have the ability to follow directions and complete assigned tasks Experience in the wireless industry and experience with pouring concrete, and operating equipment such as mini excavators, skidsteers, etc. is a bonus. Must maintain a clean, organized job site by adhering to safety protocols and ensuring proper use of tools and equipment Crew leader and Laborers must be willing to show up on time. Employees must provide their own transportation to our shop. Employees must have a VALID drivers license and have a good driving record (DMV record will be requested). Job does require out of town travel and therefore, all applicants must have the ability to travel out of town. When out of town our Company pays for hotel rooms plus employees receive a daily per diem for each night in a hotel room. Employees meet at our shop located in Mechanicsville, VA daily. CPR/First Aid Training and Osha 10 certifications are required if you already have these it's a bonus if not no worries as our Company will you set up to take these classes to get your certifications. Class A CDL or ability to obtain a Class A CDL is a plus. Please send resume with references. Applicants will be required to pass a pre-hire drug screen test. Pay will be based upon experience.
