Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure all work is performed according to safety standards with a focus on quality customer service Perform manual labor and utilize hand and power tools such as trimmers, pole saws, jackhammer, concrete saw, drills, shovels, etc. Perform skilled equipment operations Perform preventative maintenance on equipment Operate light, medium, and heavy-duty trucks and equipment Perform work in various conditions and environments, including exposure to the outdoors and insects Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Experience working in civil construction Experience operating hand and power tools and equipment such as shovels, drills, and measuring tapes Skilled in operating and maintaining light, medium, and heavy-duty trucks and equipment including excavators and skid-steers Basic computer skills Experience installing fencing is preferred Valid driver's license and ability to pass a motor vehicle record check; CDL license is a plus Must be motivated, willing to work as a team, and willing to learn Must be able to push and carry 50-70 pounds Must be able to work in all outdoor weather conditions Ability to pass a criminal background check

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time Must have physical strength, balance, hand-eye coordination, and stamina necessary to complete jobs in various areas Must be able to lift, push, and carry 50•70 pounds Must be able to work in various conditions, including but not limited to extreme heat and cold

Additional Requirements:
