Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking motivated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Laborers. In this role, you'll work in a production facility dedicated to manufacturing precast concrete elements used in construction projects. Your role is essential in ensuring the quality, efficiency, and safety of the manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities:
Formwork Preparation:
Setting up and preparing molds (forms) for pouring concrete according to project specifications. Ensuring forms are clean, well-oiled, and properly aligned to achieve desired shapes and sizes.
Concrete Pouring and Finishing:
Mixing and pouring concrete into prepared molds. Using vibrating tools to eliminate air pockets and ensure concrete settles evenly. Smoothing and finishing surfaces to achieve the desired texture and appearance.
Reinforcement Installation:
Placing and securing reinforcing materials (such as rebar) within forms to enhance structural integrity.
Demolding and Cleaning:
Removing cured concrete elements from molds after appropriate curing time. Cleaning molds and equipment to maintain operational efficiency.
Quality Control:
Inspecting finished products for defects, ensuring adherence to quality standards. Reporting any issues with molds, materials, or finished products to supervisors.
Safety Compliance:
Adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Using personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborating with colleagues, including supervisors, engineers, and other construction professionals, to ensure efficient production.

Physical Stamina:
Ability to perform manual labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy materials and working in various weather conditions. Attention to

Precision in following technical instructions and maintaining quality standards.
Team Player:
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment. Qualifications Prior experience in construction or manufacturing roles involving concrete work is often preferred but not always required, as on-the-job training may be provided. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment. A valid driver's license may be required for certain positions.
