About Us We're a small, hardworking construction team that takes on a wide variety of projects — carpentry, painting, drywall, crawl spaces, electrical, plumbing, tile work, cabinetry, decks, roofing, and more. What We're Looking For:

Some hands-on construction experience required — must have worked in at least one of the following fields:

• Painting
• Installing sheetrock/drywall
• Electrical
• Plumbing
• Tile work
• Cabinetry
• Decks or roofing Must own and bring basic tools to work daily (hammer, drill, drill bits, tape measure, pencil, level, 5-in-1, screwdriver, etc.

) We provide larger tools and equipment (nail guns, ladders, power washers, log splitters, CAT machinery, etc.) Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and perform physical labor in various weather conditions Ability to go on roofs and in crawl spaces (no fear of heights or tight spaces) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (average commute 20-60 minutes) Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Work Interview Requirement All applicants who move forward in the hiring process will participate in a paid work interview . This allows us to confirm basic construction knowledge, tool use, and work readiness before official onboarding.
