Construction Laborer

Job Summary We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team. The ideal candidates will assist in various construction projects, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well within a team environment. Responsibilities

• Assist foreman and operators in the construction process.
• Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving materials.
• Operate shovels, rakes and other tools.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Load and unload materials from trucks and equipment.
• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with others on the job site.
• Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
• Commitment to safety practices on construction sites. Requirements
• At least 18 years of age
• On time and reliable
• Drivers license not required but must have transportation to job sites in the Richmond/tri cities area.
• Able to load and unload construction materials
