Job Description

Location:
Richmond, VA Pay Rate:
$15.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM (hours may extend to 5:00 PM as needed)
Overtime:
Occasional Saturdays may be required Position Overview We are seeking reliable and hardworking Construction Laborers to assist with an apartment complex construction project in Richmond, VA. This role will focus on maintaining a clean and safe work environment while supporting skilled trades on the job site. Candidates must be comfortable performing physical work both indoors and outdoors. Responsibilities Clean and maintain construction work areas throughout the day. Sweep dust, dirt, and debris from apartments, hallways, and common areas. Remove construction debris and dispose of materials properly. Assist with moving, carrying, and staging construction materials. Support HVAC mechanics and other trades by retrieving tools and materials as needed. Load and unload materials and supplies. Maintain organized and hazard-free work areas. Follow all job site safety procedures and PPE requirements. Perform general labor duties as assigned by the supervisor. Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work on your feet throughout the shift. Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions. Reliable transportation and strong attendance record. Construction or general labor experience is preferred but not required. Ability to work safely and effectively as part of a team. Benefits Long-term project expected to run through October 2026. Opportunity for direct hire based on performance.
