As a General Laborer, you will play a vital role in supporting construction projects by performing a variety of manual labor tasks. Responsibilities Perform manual labor tasks on construction sites as directed by the site foreman or supervisor Assist with site grading, development, specialty concrete work, and installation of underground utilities and systems Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety rules and company policies Operate basic hand and power tools as needed Support team members with various duties to ensure project completion Qualifications Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work outdoors in various weather conditions Willingness to follow instructions and work as part of a team Previous experience in heavy civil construction is preferred but not required Commitment to workplace safety Benefits Paid vacation and holidays 401(k) with company matching Health and dental insurance Flexible spending program Opportunities for advancement Positive company culture Experience and License Requirements (Valid) Drivers License (optional) Eligible to work in U.S. General Labor (optional)
