As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in various construction projects, assisting skilled tradespeople and ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and safely. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high safety standards on the job site. Our company does all interior and exterior renovations that can range from bathroom/kitchen remodels to putting up fences. We are willing to train, teach and help you grow to learn the skill you need to be successful. Duties Assist in the preparation and cleanup of construction sites, including loading and unloading materials. Operate basic hand tools and power tools under the supervision of skilled tradespeople. Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks such as laying flooring, putting up fences, painting and much more. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries on the job site. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects. Skills Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods. Basic knowledge of construction methods and tools is preferred but not required. Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively as part of a team. Excellent communication skills to interact with supervisors and fellow workers. Attention to detail to ensure quality work and adherence to safety standards.
