Skilled Laborers & Heavy Equipment Operators - Construction 9705 Rider Road, Warrenton, VA 20187 Full-time Full-time We are a well-established site development contractor located in Warrenton, VA seeking experienced Skilled Laborers and Heavy Equipment Operators to join our team. Positions Available:
Skilled Laborers Responsibilities include: Assisting with site development, excavation, utility installation, grading, and general construction activities Working safely around heavy equipment and active construction sites Using hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment Assisting pipe crews, grading crews, and other field operations Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
Construction experience preferred Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in varying weather conditions Reliable transportation and punctual attendance Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to follow safety procedures and directions Heavy Equipment Operators Responsibilities include: Operating excavators, dozers, loaders, skid steers, rollers, and other heavy equipment Performing grading, excavation, utility installation, and site preparation work Conducting daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks Reading and understanding grade stakes and site plans is a plus Working safely and efficiently to meet project schedules
Qualifications:
