Job Description

Job Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Worker and become a vital part of transforming visions into reality! In this energetic role, you'll be actively involved in a wide range of construction activities, from foundational work to finishing touches. Your hands-on skills and mechanical knowledge will drive project success, ensuring each build is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your craft while contributing to impactful projects that shape communities and environments. Responsibilities Must live within 45 mile's of Williamstown VT Assist with the installation of rebar, framing, drywall, stucco, and other structural components using hand tools and power tools. Operate heavy equipment and machinery such as concrete mixers, concrete pumps, and other construction vehicles safely and effectively. Read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to accurately execute project specifications. Perform concrete finishing, tile laying, flooring installation, and masonry work to ensure quality craftsmanship. Conduct renovation and restoration tasks including plastering, caulking, trim carpentry, and metal stud framing. Support roofing, heavy lifting, and heavy equipment operation to facilitate smooth workflow on-site. Follow safety protocols diligently while working with scaffolding, formwork, welding equipment, and during demolition or demolition-related activities. Qualifications Proven experience in construction site work with a solid understanding of construction processes and safety standards. Mechanical knowledge combined with skills in construction estimating and blueprint reading. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, heavy machinery operation, and schematics interpretation. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including heavy lifting and working at heights or in confined spaces. Knowledge of various trades such as carpentry (including trim carpentry), masonry (including stucco), roofing, metal stud framing, drywall installation, and tile laying. Experience with concrete forming, finishing techniques, concrete pumping operations, and the use of concrete mixers is highly desirable. Valid driver's license for commercial driving if required for site transportation or equipment operation. Join us in building something extraordinary!
