This is physical, hands-on work that includes: Digging and excavation Crawl space work Foundation repair Drainage installation Concrete and slab work Working outdoors year-round Using hand tools and equipment We are looking for people who: Show up on time Work hard Have a good attitude Want steady long-term work Are comfortable with physical labor and dirty jobs Can work in crawl spaces and around excavation equipment Experience Construction experience is helpful, but not required. We are willing to train the right person.
