This position plays an important role in supporting the construction and renovation of high-quality custom homes, residential, and commercial projects. The ideal candidate is motivated, enjoys physical work, and takes pride in doing quality work with a positive attitude. No prior experience is required, but a willingness to learn, show up consistently, and work hard is essential. You will work alongside our team to help keep projects running smoothly, safely, and efficiently. • Assist carpenters and team members with various construction tasks
• Perform general labor duties including site preparation and cleanup
• Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment
• Help with demolition, basic construction tasks, and job site organization
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools (training provided as needed)
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
• Follow directions from supervisors and work as part of a team
• Support project timelines by working efficiently and reliably Requirements
