Construction Laborer/Framer Responsibilities:
Works alongside construction lead to perform tasks as directed Operates power tools and hand tools Understands and complies with all safety regulations Maintains a clean and safe work environment at all times by sweeping, cleaning and removing trash Maintains the upkeep of property, tools, equipment and materials at all times Collects all invoices and receipts of purchased supplies and submits them to admin staff
Skills:
Understands general construction phases and their execution Willingness to take direction and learn Communication Positive Attitude Team Player Must have a valid drivers license and personal vehicle We are looking for a laborer to mainly work with our framers to assistant them and learn framing, siding, setting doors and installing windows among other tasks. Experience great but not required. The most important thing is a positive attitude and aligning with our core values of Honor, Honesty, Humility and Hustle.
