Gyp-Crete is a gypsum based cement mixed onsite in a portable batch plant. Commonly installed in new construction multi-family housing (apartments). We take pride in our work and strive to provide our customers with a quality product and service.
Position:
General Labor Worker Full-time 40 hrs/week. Typically shift starts at 6:30am What You'll Do This position will assist in the installation of Gyp-Crete cement underlayment and acoustical sound mat. Lifting and placing 80 pound sacks of Gyp-Crete into the portable batch plant. Carrying and pulling 2" grout hose into and out of buildings of multiple levels. Carrying Acousti-Mat (70 pound rolls) into multi-level buildings, stapling foam edge insulation around perimeter and taping all seams/joints.
General clean up to include:
shoveling, sweeping, hosing, washing of vehicles, equipment and jobsite. Equipment operator of a Bobcat skid steer. This Position Requires Work is physically demanding, must be able to lift 80lbs and work inside or outside year round in all elements. Work as a team on a crew of 6-10 people. Willingness to learn and cross train in different skill sets. The ability to multi-task with attention to detail. MUST have drivers license with reliable transportation to and from work. MUST be able to pass drug test. MUST have work boots. Benefits 100% Medical and dental coverage after probationary period. 401(k) after one (1) year employment. Vacation and Paid holidays after one (1) year employment. •Upon completion of 90 day probationary period, company will review performance and offer employment.•
