is seeking applicants for positions in both the restoration and demolition division.
  • Experience in concrete repair, masonry repair and/or related field is preferred for the restoration division.
  • Experience as a general laborer, site work, general construction and/or related field is preferred for the demolition division.
Talisman is a Spokane, WA based specialty general contractor with project operations in Eastern Washington, Northeastern Oregon, North Idaho and Western Montana. Talisman operates two divisions specializing in Structural and Selective Demolition and Concrete/Masonry Restoration and Repair. Our construction laborers are assigned to various projects throughout the service area. Necessary and applicable technical, safety and related training will be provided. Talisman has an exemplary safety record and maintains the lowest Experience Modifier Rates for Worker Compensation Insurance possible. Potential candidates for employment must be willing to travel, capable of handling the physical demands of the position and be willing to learn new skills. All applicants must have a current valid drivers license and are subject to pre-employment drug screen and random screening. Expected Compensation levels. 0-2 Years Construction Experience $18
  • 20 per hour 2-5 Years Construction Experience $20
  • 25 per hour 5 + Years Construction Experience $25 plus Note
  • many of the projects are subject to either State or Federal prevailing wage requirements and wages are paid in accordance with the project wage determination.
