This is an immediate-start, full-time opportunity with steady weekly pay and the chance to work for a company that puts tradespeople first. This isn't just another labor job. Position Summary As a Construction Laborer on a residential framing crew, you'll support the build from the ground up. You'll help frame walls, floors, and roofs, move and prep materials, keep the site safe and organized, and learn the trade alongside experienced carpenters. Green workers with a strong work ethic and some framing exposure are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Assist the framing crew with walls, floors, roofs, and structural components. Move, measure, and cut lumber and other materials. Load, unload, and stage materials around the site. Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized. Safely operate hand and power tools, including pneumatic framing nailers, under direction. Support other trades to keep projects on schedule. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of construction, framing, or rough carpentry experience, either residential or commercial. Reliable transportation and the ability to drive to site daily is required. Willingness to learn and take direction on a fast-moving job site. Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and handling site demands in all weather. OSHA certification a plus.
